Import Google Calendar data into Airtable
1 ready-made template that bring Google Calendar data into Airtable, with the same preview, match key and revert as every Rowvela import.
After the pilot. The template is built. Its ready-made OAuth connection waits for the provider’s app review and becomes available after the pilot. Until then you can connect the same API with your own OAuth client.
What you can import
| Template | What it does |
|---|---|
| Calendar events | Imports timed events, all-day events and recurring instances for a reporting window. Deleted events become status tombstones; they are not deletion commands. |
Connecting
Connect a Google OAuth client with the read-only Calendar events scope in Settings → Connections.
Provider reference: Google Calendar API documentation.

- 03
Map to your table
Suggested mappings and a match key are filled in; adjust them to your Airtable fields.
- 04
Review the preview
See every new and changed record before anything is written, then schedule it or run it on demand.
