Submit URLs from Airtable to the Google Indexing API

3 ready-made templates that bring Google Indexing API data into Airtable or enrich existing records, with the same preview, match key and revert as every Rowvela import.

After the pilot. The template is built. Its ready-made OAuth connection waits for the provider’s app review and becomes available after the pilot. Until then you can connect the same API with your own OAuth client.

What you can import

TemplateWhat it does
Notification metadata for each URL (for each record)Checks previously submitted notification metadata, not current index status. Select the public page URL as URL. Search Console ownership and Indexing API access are required.
Notify URL updated for each record (for each record)Preview prepares requests without sending them. A confirmed action run submits real notifications, consumes quota and makes no Airtable writes. Eligible JobPosting or livestream BroadcastEvent pages only; removal requires 404/410 or noindex. A notification does not confirm indexing or removal.
Notify URL removed for each record (for each record)Preview prepares requests without sending them. A confirmed action run submits real notifications, consumes quota and makes no Airtable writes. Eligible JobPosting or livestream BroadcastEvent pages only; removal requires 404/410 or noindex. A notification does not confirm indexing or removal.

Connecting

Connect Google Indexing API OAuth with the indexing scope. Enable the API in Google Cloud and use a verified Search Console owner. This API does not support arbitrary page types.

How it works in Rowvela

  1. 01

    Apply the template

Pick it in the integration catalog and fill in its parameters. It becomes an ordinary import you can inspect and change.

  2. 02

    Add credentials

Enter the key or connect the account in Authentication. Secrets are encrypted and never shown again.

  3. 03

    Choose input records

Select the Airtable view whose records feed the request, and the fields that receive the answer.

  4. 04

    Review the preview

See every new and changed record before anything is written, then schedule it or run it on demand.
