Features
Everything Rowvela does
Rowvela is one tool for getting outside data into Airtable safely: connect a source, map it, review the changes, and automate it once it is right.
Change preview
See every new, changed, unchanged and deleted Airtable record before an import writes anything. Unique match keys, type checks, duplicate checks and a drift check.
REST and GraphQL APIs
Connect any REST or GraphQL API to Airtable: all HTTP methods, JSON bodies, Bearer, API key, Basic, OAuth and AWS SigV4 auth, automatic pagination and cURL import.
CSV, JSON and XML
Import CSV, JSON, XML, RSS and Atom into Airtable from a URL or an uploaded file. Update existing records by key, flatten nested data and preview every change first.
Field mapping
Map nested API data to Airtable: expand lists into rows, typed fields, linked records, attachments, collaborators, expressions, JMESPath and automatic field creation.
Automation
Run Airtable imports on a schedule, from a webhook, an Airtable button or when records change. Sequences, a review guard for unusual changes and automatic pausing.
Enrichment
Call an API once for each Airtable record and write the result back: company and profile enrichment, screenshots, maps, currency, AI fields with OpenAI or Claude, OCR.
History and revert
Every Rowvela run keeps its exact changes. Revert puts changed Airtable values back and removes created records, while leaving anything edited since untouched.
Teams and workspaces
- Workspaces hold imports, connections, files, history and usage; switch between them.
- Two roles: Owner manages members, roles, billing and the workspace; Creator builds and runs imports.
- Invitations are single-use, expire after 7 days and only work for the invited email.
- Failure and review emails go to verified members; the history shows who started, approved or reverted each run.
Airtable connections
Connect with a personal access token or Airtable OAuth. Rowvela lists your bases and tables, writes to the whole table or a view, reads another base as a source, and refreshes OAuth tokens on its own. Background jobs show progress and can be cancelled at a safe point.
In the pilot
Everything on these pages is implemented. During the pilot, ready-made integration templates are enabled per workspace on request and marked Beta until verified with live accounts. See integrations for the status of each.
