Import Xero data into Airtable
2 ready-made templates that bring Xero data into Airtable, with the same preview, match key and revert as every Rowvela import.
After the pilot. The template is built. Its ready-made OAuth connection waits for the provider’s app review and becomes available after the pilot. Until then you can connect the same API with your own OAuth client.
What you can import

| Connected organisations | Lists the organisations authorised by this Xero user. Copy an ORGANISATION tenantId into the contacts template. Tenant grants and provider connection limits apply. |
| Contacts in an organisation | Imports contacts from one connected organisation, including archived contacts when selected. Does not modify Xero. Tenant and contact IDs form the match key to prevent cross-organisation collisions. |
Connecting
Create a Xero Web app and connect its OAuth client in Settings. Rowvela requests offline_access and accounting.contacts.read. Use the connected organisations endpoint to find the tenant ID, not the connection ID.

Apply the template
Pick it in the integration catalog and fill in its parameters. It becomes an ordinary import you can inspect and change.

Add credentials
Enter the key or connect the account in Authentication. Secrets are encrypted and never shown again.

Suggested mappings and a match key are filled in; adjust them to your Airtable fields.
