Import Google Ads data into Airtable
3 ready-made templates that bring Google Ads data into Airtable, with the same preview, match key and revert as every Rowvela import.
After the pilot. The template is built. Its ready-made OAuth connection waits for the provider’s app review and becomes available after the pilot. Until then you can connect the same API with your own OAuth client.
What you can import
| Template | What it does |
|---|---|
| Accessible accounts | Lists directly accessible customer IDs. Manager descendants may need a separate customer ID and login manager. |
| Campaign directory | Campaign names, status and channel type with account currency and time zone. |
| Daily campaign performance | Daily clicks, impressions, cost in exact micro-units and conversions. Dates use the customer account time zone; Google can revise recent data. |
Connecting
Connect Google Ads in Settings → Connections. Google grants adwords permission; Rowvela restricts this preset to account listing and search reports. Enable Google Ads API and the required access level in the OAuth client’s Cloud project.

How it works in Rowvela
- 01
Apply the template
Pick it in the integration catalog and fill in its parameters. It becomes an ordinary import you can inspect and change.
- 02
Add credentials
Enter the key or connect the account in Authentication. Secrets are encrypted and never shown again.
- 03
Map to your table
Suggested mappings and a match key are filled in; adjust them to your Airtable fields.
- 04
Review the preview
See every new and changed record before anything is written, then schedule it or run it on demand.
